Lindsey Simoson

A Texas girl all her life, Lindsey moved from Houston to Dallas in 2005 to attend undergrad at Southern Methodist University. She graduated with a BA in Corporate Communications and Public Affairs as well as a minor in Spanish and loved the city of Dallas so much she decided to stay and start a career shortly after. Not planning on being in the real estate business long, Lindsey temporarily got a job with Gables Residential doing Property Management while she searched for what she hoped to be a long term career in a communications related field. Lindsey quickly realized however, that she enjoyed helping potential residents search for their new home and 2 years later got her real estate license to practice residential transactions in the area. She joined a locating company and started from the bottom working every day and helping clients find properties to rent or purchase all around DFW. A couple of years into it Lindsey had built such a great client base with referrals and word of mouth that she no longer needed to be under a local brokerage and thus decided to start her own real estate business. She has a small group of close-knit agents whom she sponsors that make up the Simoson Real Estate Team and they office out of a quaint 1920’s building in the historic State Thomas neighborhood of Uptown.
